These terms apply to this Fitula website and the interest, suggestion and partner forms available here. By submitting a form, you agree to these terms. Please keep a copy for your records.
1. What Fitula offers here
Fitula helps people express interest in recurring fitness groups and helps coaches, gyms, studios and companies explore partnerships. Registering interest does not book a session, purchase a membership or guarantee a group in your area. A group can start only when the participants, coach, venue and schedule are confirmed.
2. Who can use the forms
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate contact information and only submit information you are entitled to share. If you contact us on behalf of a business, you must be authorized to do so.
3. Prices, trials and future memberships
Displayed starting prices are regional estimates. The final price, currency, applicable taxes, included sessions and any additional costs will be shared before you choose a plan. This website does not collect payment, start a paid subscription or automatically turn interest into a membership.
Your first confirmed trial session is free. A date and place must be confirmed before you attend. Any future paid membership will require your agreement to its payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you are charged. These website terms do not replace those details.

4. Participating safely and respectfully
Fitness activities involve physical effort and can involve risk. Choose activities suited to you, follow the coach’s and venue’s instructions, and stop if you feel unsafe. Treat other participants and partners with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats and misuse of another person’s information are not acceptable. Nothing on this website is personal medical advice.
5. Coaches, venues and other partners
Submitting partner details starts a conversation; it does not create employment, exclusivity, a booking or a payment commitment. Services, responsibilities, rates, insurance requirements and scheduling must be set out in a separate agreement before a partnership begins.
6. Your information and submissions
Our Privacy notice explains what we collect and how we use it. We use your submission to assess and coordinate your request. Do not include payment details, medical records or confidential information in free-text fields.
7. Using the website
You may use the site for personal enquiries or legitimate partnership requests. Do not send spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service. Fitula’s name, design and content belong to Fitula or their respective owners; submitting a form does not grant rights to use those materials commercially.
8. Availability and your rights
Features and local availability may change as we develop the service. Sample community pages and photographs illustrate the experience; they are not confirmation of active groups. We may restrict misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
9. Changes and questions
We will publish changes to these website terms here with an updated date. Changes do not alter an existing paid agreement without the notice or consent required by that agreement and applicable law.
