Privacy at Fitula
This launch website collects the information you choose to submit: your name, email address, location, local-currency budget, trial readiness, activity and schedule preferences, and any application or suggestion details, including the coaching or venue rate you quote. Please do not include medical records, payment information, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Why we ask
Your details help the Fitula team assess interest, coordinate potential groups, and review partner applications. We do not book a session or charge you when you submit a form. The site does not send automatic confirmation emails.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in the site’s database and available to its authorized administrators. Your contact details are not published on community pages or returned by the matching result. The owner’s private demand view groups expressions of interest by area, activity, and availability. Interest is not a booking or a guarantee that a group will open.
Your suggested location
We use an approximate country and city from the hosting network when available, or your browser timezone and language as a fallback, to suggest an area and local currency. You can change these at any time. We do not request precise GPS access or store your raw IP address in our application database. Your chosen area is remembered in this browser tab and saved with a questionnaire only when you submit it.
Searching for an area
When you search for a place, we send the search text and selected country through our server to Photon, a service using OpenStreetMap data. We do not send your name, email or browser IP address with that search. Enter an area rather than a home address. You can also keep a place as typed without choosing a suggestion.
Your unfinished questionnaire
The quiz saves a temporary draft in this browser tab’s session storage. Your name and email are not saved there. Closing the tab clears that draft. Submitted information is stored separately in the database.
Launch previews
Community photos, sample names, coach names, conversations illustrate the experience. They do not represent confirmed Fitula members, live availability, or active classes.
Your choices
Submitting is optional and intended for adults aged 18 or older. To request removal of information you already submitted, contact the person who shared this private Fitula launch site with you; they can coordinate removal with the site owner.
